Delivery Service: Adapting to & Taking Advantage of the New Normal

As you are well aware, Cross Country Carriers have continued to operate and provide our award-winning delivery service during these unprecedented times. The continuing efforts by our team in response to the situation that has arisen from the Covid-19 pandemic has been amazing, considering the changes we had to make very quickly.
We hope that you have all been experiencing the normal service you would have come to expect from ourselves. We are sure you will also have had your own challenges to overcome and had to find new ways of keeping the wheels of business turning.
You will have already received information from CCC on how we are managing your deliveries. We would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are continuing to maintain business as usual; your freight continues to be collected and delivered as promptly as possible, whether on our own Cross Country Carriers transport or via the Network.
We are still in the midst of full lock down, but we have been receiving regular updates from the government on what the new norm will be as we begin to come out of this crisis. We must now take this opportunity to reset, re-evaluate and look forward to the future within our industry and how we may all be affected.

This new procedure will apply to both Cross Country Carriers Ltd, Palletways and UPN Network freight, but the message overall is that we are here to support you and we will continue to deliver your freight safely.
