About Palletways Group and Network
The Palletways Group are renowned for its industry-leading IT developments and operational systems, comprising over 450 depots and 20 hub operations. Through this, they provide pallet collection and delivery services across 20 European countries, including the UK.
With 115 other UK hauliers using the Palletways network,

Although Cross Country Carriers have previously received
Platinum Awards, this is the first year that we have received Depot of the
Year. Together, these are both truly remarkable achievements and proves that
the hard work the Cross Country Carriers team put in everyday really makes the
difference.

We achieved this prestigious award by conforming to
consistent Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) within our Palletways Membership.
These KPI’s include:
- On-Time Deliveries
- Instant Signatures on Delivery (Immediately Updating the Customer’s
Online Portal) - Input Volumes
- European Volumes
- Plus, many more!
Every month, Palletways looks at the KPI’s and relays all
the information back out to the depots. Over the full 12 months, the Cross
Country Carriers team maintained the number 1 spot for which the Platinum KPI’s
are run.
